Fall Newsletter

Hi Friends,
It's been a while since I sent out a newsletter so I thought I'd let you know what I'm up to and what's happening in my music world.

Michelle and I feel like we actually live in ME now, she's left the corp world and is self employed like me! That means less time in hotels and allows us to enjoy ME and work from home.

On the live front, I'm still juggling about 4 acts and hosting 7 open mic's a month in 3 venues.

The first and third Tues-Wed of the month  finds me at Main St's in Concord, MA and Firefly's in Marlborough, MA respectively.

In ME I host the first Thur of the month at Beef and Ski in Bridgton, ME and the 2nd and 4th Tuesdays at O.Dans in Sebago, ME.

The Bruce Marshall Group is taking some time off this month and is busy working on our 7th CD, we've completed "Victor Talking Machine", "FridayNight Shoes" and "Devil's in the Delta". Thanks to Denise Cascione for the use of her studio!

Back at it in Nov, BMG has a big show Nov 18 at the Bull Run in Shirley, MA with Britt Connors and Bourbon Renewal, that's a potent bill folks! On Nov 23we're doing our traditional night before Thanksgiving at the Village Trestle in Goffstown, NH and on the 25th we're at our old neighborhood haunt, Main St's in Concord, MA.

On the solo front, I'm very excited to be playing Lenny's in Westbrook, ME on Oct 22. This is a new room owned by Bill Umbel and he's got great food, ambiance and getting quality acoustic acts here. I'm still doing the third Thur of the month at American Legion in Alton, NH, Oct 20, Nov 17 and Dec, 15. I'll be the feature performer for Chris Fitz's Sunday Funday at Brodie's Seaport Restaurant on Sunday, Dec 11.

On Oct 28 I play with bassist/vocalist Al Hospers (of Blood Sweat and Tears!) for a duo show at Seadog Brewery in N. Conway.

James Montgomery and Bruce Marshall bring their duo to the Red Parka in Glen, NH on Nov, 6, early show starts at 5:30, no cover!!

The Nor'easters team up with the Peacheaters at the Central Tavern in Milford, MA on Nov 11, spotlight on Marshall Tucker and the Allman Brothers.

Hope you're a enjoying the incredible fall weather, thanks so much for your support and we'll see you soon.

As always thank you for your support,
Bruce
